First-time Students: should arrive fifteen minutes before class to sign in and to sign a release form. At this time we only accept cash and personal checks.
Practice Tips: Yoga is practiced in bare feet and comfortable clothing - loose enough to permit movement and deep stretching, close-fitting enough so the instructor can see your alignment in the poses. To get the most benefit out of yoga class, we recommend that you permit 2-3 hours after eating a large meal before practicing yoga, and eat lightly afterwards.
Canceled or Moved Classes: Sometimes classes may be cancelled over the holiday period or due to sick instructors. We try to send out emails in a timely manner informing of any scheduling changes. If you are not on our mailing list, please contact us if you wish to confirm the class you wish to attend is on the schedule.
